Make your reception one that everyone will remember by hosting it at Treyburn Country Club! Our elegantly appointed Main Dining Room can accommodate up to 180 guests for a seated reception with dance floor, or up to 400 for a standing/hors d'oeuvres reception. The Main Dining Room is surrounded on three sides by glass doors, allowing your guests to enjoy the breathtaking views of the rolling countryside and lush golf course. Right off of the Main Dining Room is the traditionally decorated Kenan Lounge, which serves as a "pre-reception" room and also the main site of beverage service during your reception. Adjoining the Kenan Lounge is the Sanford library, a light and airy additional room for your guests to enjoy a quiet conversation.
The cornerstone of the Clubhouse is our panoramic Veranda, which wraps around the Western and Southern exposures. The Veranda can accommodate the same number of guests as the Main Dining Room and can be utilized for any and all portions of your reception. Our Special Events Coordinator is on-site for your reception and will take care of all of the details for you on your special day-from coordinating vendor deliveries, to placing favors on the tables and even helping your family retrieve all of your belongings after the event. During the event, our capable service staff is under the direction of our Food and Beverage Manager or Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, who ensure that your guests are treated as they would be if they were in your own home.
