After months of renovating what was a 22 year old practice facility, the driving range and putting green have been completed. The top two tiers of the driving range deck have been leveled and expanded by 40%. The putting green has been completely redesigned with an additional 1,000 square feet of putting surface. In addition to the driving range, new flag poles have been installed to provide a cleaner look for the six target greens. Our practice bunker has also been redesigned. Instead of two bunkers, it has been modified to one large bunker which allows for green side sand practice and full iron shots to the main area of the driving range. The most impressive change to the practice facility is the putting green. With the expansion of the putting surface and its redesign, there are now more types of putts a player can work on. There are also expanded chipping and pitching areas to work on one's short game. These necessary modifications to the Treyburn practice facility will now allow our members and guests a better opportunity to elevate their golf game.
