Offerings
Full Golf Membership
•Available to New Members of Sedgefield Country Club
•Initiation Fee of $12,000 – payable in 3 annual installments
•$10,000 Initiation Fee if paid in one installment
•Membership offering applies to golfing class memberships only
•Full Family Golf membership allows access to all club facilities and amenities including: golf, tennis, pool, practice facility, fitness, dining and social events
•Full reciprocal amenities privileges apply at additional 7 McConnell Golf Properties
Junior Full Golf Membership
•Initiation payment of $2,000 at time of joining
•Remaining Initiation Fee of $10,000 deferred until age 40 - payable at that time in 3 annual installments
•Reduced dues of $375 until age 40 at which time member pays regular full golf dues
•Only available to members that are under the age of 40 when applying
•The age restrictions apply to any member of the house listed on the membership and will trigger the payment of additional dues and/or membership initiation fee
Sports Regular & Sports Junior Memberships
•$2,000 Initiation Fee due at time of joining
•Monthly dues of either $287 for Regular or $188 for Junior (under age 40)
•Food & Beverage minimum applies
•Allows access to tennis, pool, fitness, dining and social events
•Dining reciprocal privileges at additional 7 McConnell Golf Properties
